4mmx3200mm NC hydraulic guillotine

Alpha Guillotines feature high durability, and provide precision shearing capabilities. The guillotine main frames are constructed from rolled, stress relieved solid steel to prevent distortion during the shearing process and under extreme continuous loads.
Alpha CNC guillotine are produced in a high volume production process and therefore are able to be manufactured cost effectively, resulting in affordable price, representing value for money and quicker return on investment.

The mainframe is fitted with A60 NC system special for shearing machines.
Real time backgauge position display.
Multi-step programming function is available and the rear stopper is able for automatic operation and continuous positioning, to achieve an automatic adjustment for position of backgauge.
Counting function for shearing.
Real time display of the shearing numbers.
Power failure position memory of backgauge and parameters.
Ball screw and linear guide rail are used to ensure the positioning precision.
Rolling material support ball is provided to minimize fish tail with sheet bar and to reduce frictional resistance.
